The Early Years Staff is a team of highly-qualified teachers, assistants and specialist teachers from Peru and around the world, many of whom are native English speakers.

All year groups are led by Phase Leaders. Each Pre-Kinder, Kinder and Primary class has a full-time professional teacher and a full-time fully trained professional assistant. In Nursery, there is one full-time professional teacher and two full-time trained professional assistants and an additional helper per class. We also have specialised teachers who offer children lessons in P.E., Music, Drama, Art and Computing.
